Dead dino still blinks #360

Expected Behavior When a dinosaur is killed, its eyes will stay shut or open.

Current Behavior The dead dinosaurs eyes will keep blinking after its being killed, looking as if it is still alive.

Reproduction Steps Play the AI demo and wait until a dinosaur is killed by another dinosaur

Having the same issue with a dead Alio

Expected Behavior -That the dead Alio will have closed eyes

Current Behavior -The dead Alio's eyes are open and the nictitating membrane blinks

Reproduction Steps -Log in to AI Demo -Wait for Alio to die? -Eyes will blink
