Player Reports: ReportedPlayerName always shows as 'None' #71

When making a player report, even when selecting the player directly from the social menu, the ReportedPlayerName line always shows up as 'None' instead of the reported player's Alderon display name.

this seems to have been fixed in Patch 17227!
