NOTE: I've quickly uploaded these before going on holiday, so they won't work straight away. Not a problem at all if it's proving complicated to integrate into the App - if it is, I'll tidy it up when I get back.
Description of what's changed:
fun_data.R: map_dfr() to read multiple files, and file_path_sans_ext(basename(x)) to assign a unique ID to each file based on the name of that file
fun_graphics.R: multiple violin plots to show differences in key parameters between each Mini Buoy; code to produce a divise hierarchical cluster tree, showing similarity between hydro parameters; a note to remind me to automate K-S tests to identify statistical differences between Mini Buoys. Or we stick with only presenting the HC plot in the App.
fun_hydrology.R: an lapply() loop to assign the get.hydrodynamics function to each Mini Buoy, and bind the lot afterwards. Also code to present the results in a table
What needs doing:
[ ] If it proves relatively straightforward, create a new 'Batch' page accessible from the menu on the left (below Comparison) to present a kable of the results, violin plots of how key parameters differ between all mini buoys, and a divise hierarchical clustering tree to show similarity/differences between buoys.
