Crystal Tanks act like they are in creative in any gamemode. #19

After placing down a Crystal Tank of any Tier, the Crystal Tanks don't fill/empty buckets in survival and act like you are in creative even in survival.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Obtain a Crystal Tank
  2. Empty a bucket into a Crystal Tank
  3. Fill tank with 1,000 MB of a fluid, but still have bucket filled with fluid.
