Update various parts to accommodate new apis

There are a few things in the getting started section that need updating. At the top of my head, big changes include:

• Class-based api for service definitions
  • new syntax for specifying routes
• models and fields were moved to nautilus.models
• no more CrudNotificationCreator Mixin - baked into the action handler
