This module should be renamed to reflect the url where it's located now.

@mislav / @AlecAivazis Could you provide some feedback on this change? It's not 100% clear for current users on how to start using this package as you still have to use the old URL in your Go project to be able to use the package.

I don't think this should break existing repositories using this package, correct?

I think that's correct since GitHub will still proxy the requests but I'll wait for @mislav to confirm before we merge
