Line race statistic bug: not counting the last frame and the last piece. #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play 40L
2. get a PC ending
3. get a score of 29.96

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
100 / 30 = 3.333333
100 / 29.96 > 3.333333
but it shows 3.30551 pps.
which is equal to 99 / 29.95 .

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
7.5.0 windows7 64-bit
