load style and script when shortcode is in use #13

Hi Alec Rust, I love your plugin.

But I found a problem when using shortcodes, the style and script don't load properly. So I modified your plugin a bit and made this pull request.

@dhimaskirana many thanks for identifying and even fixing this! Quite the oversight to not allow standalone Shortcode usage.

This PR fails lint so I've rolled your changes into the latest 1.5.0 release which should be available now.
