Depending on the time of observation, certain IONEX files may or may not be available. The grug solution is to check for all the possible 'final' solution file prefixes according to CDDIS. These are:

Code Meaning
cod Final solution (CODE)
esa Final solution (ESA)
igs Final combined solution (IGS combined)
jpl Final solution (JPL)
upc Final solution (UPC)

All codes are prepended with g.
