Index (0) is outside of the 0--1 range in line 284 #1

Hi all,

When running your macro on a pictyre the following error pops up:

Index (0) is outside of the 0--1 range in line 284: roiManager ("select", 0 <)>;

Any idea what to do to prevent this error?

Can you send one of your images to analyze it myself?

Once I can analyze it properly, I'll send you the instructions or the new version of the plugin.

Thank you very much for your help. Attached one of the images I am trying to analyse. I had to zip it because .tif files are not supported.

Hi, You should change the values of the initial parameters. Try with this set of parameters:
