Problem with the macro

Hello! First of all thank you for this tool! However, while trying to use the macro I encountered a problem. The program says that a stack is required. My image is not a stack (it is a single image) so I don't know how to solve the problem. If you could help me solve this I would be really gratefull! Hi Alexia,

The plugin works with individual images and stacks. For the first case, you can follow these instructions:
