Feature allowing user to create autogenerated playlists based on parameters established by user (duration, genre, etc.)
Playlist should be saved when webpage is refreshed
User should be able to rename the playlist
A section of the UI should be dedicated to accessing playlists

What do you mean the playlist should be saved when user exits program? As in, when the program is stopped, the playlists should still exist?

I am going to look into how playlists can be saved despite refreshing the page, but I am not trying to preserve the playlist after closing the program on VS code. I edited the description to clarify that, thank you.
