added some Polish province names #12

The question arises: should I categorize all remaining province names in this file into regional groups, just as I did with all these new names?

Yes, that is good praxis. I did the same for the files I re-organized 👍 Thanks for the contribution as well

So, I managed to group all these province names. All authors were moved to the beginning of the file so as not to delete them. All provinces were checked with the map forked from Github, so newer one than that available through Steam Workshop.
