Update depreciated package #15

dblapi.js has been depreciated according to the NPM package repository, so I switched DBLapi.js to use the new package, top-gg/nodesdk

does the library have any breaking changes or have those been taken care of already in this PR?

I have removed the package, and any changed that were made the in the new package update should be covered in this PR so we should be good, I think.
