Hello, everything is correct, if you look at the list, there is a translation from Russian only into English. See here https://www.argosopentech.com/argospm/index/ or https://argos-translate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/source/gui.html#installing-a-language

Only English has a translation for all others. And if you need translation into other languages ​​from a certain one, then there is a training request form https://github.com/argosopentech/argos-translate/discussions/91.

Ps. Why do you need a language other than English? Promt should be in English :)
