feature request: tournament/game manager with elo calculation #428

This request is not a request for a tournament system but for something
like a ELO calculator.
When I play a tournament I really want to know what my ELO will look like
in the end and when I can manage my matches with pychess it would be really
a lot easier for me.
I have a official ELO ranking book where I can read how to calculate the
ELO (because it is a bit ... uhh old I maybe have to google for it but) it
is simple enough so even I can write the piece of code to manage it.
Would be a nice feature :)
