new moves in observed games step game forward one when examining variation position #845

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Observe a game on FICS and double-click an analysis line in Hints panel to 
add the variation to Annotation panel
2. Click on a move in variation in Annotation panel to examine that position
3. Wait until a new move is played in the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The board should stay on the position you're looking at. Instead, when a new 
move is played, the position is moved forward one as if you'd clicked on the 
"Step forward one move" button in the game widget.
