After declined FICS offer gamewidget doesn't restored to initial size #853

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play a FICS game
2. get a draw offer
3. decline it

When an offer comes in, the boardview gets smaller to give space to infobar, 
but after I declined the offer the boardview didn't restore, leaving an empty 
space above.

I can reproduce. You have to have another game tab displaying an infobar 
message open, though.
