Having the entirety of NetworkX inside of our repository is a really really awful idea, especially because it is bigger than all of our code by a lot. As soon as possible we should remove it from the repository, and attach it as a library. Since anything we add like this will remain in the history of our project forever and super bloat our repo size, let's avoid dropping other projects into ours in the future.
