Added OverrideSecureMode to the GenerateCaptcha method. Because, whenn sites 
are behind a load balancer sometimes (depending on where the SSL is stored) you 
might not always get if the connection is HTTPS at the code level. So we need a 
way to force it. This just exposes the OverrideSecureMode.
