This exercise, belonging to the "recapitulation" class (as per C. Castaneda's terminology), develops mindfulness, goal-setting and planning, attention span, and memory.
The user must assess their daily activities in the following categories:
work and learning
housekeeping
family
friends
romantic
rest
SSSR (sphere of separate self-fulfillment)
Each category is assigned a value — higher or lower than the others. The result generates:
A diagram showing the relative proportion of each parameter.
A dynamic diagram of the parameters over time.
The goal is to ensure that each parameter, over a period, occupies a stable target area on the chart. (Of course, work takes more time and energy than friends, but relative values are assessed. For example, 40 hours of work per week equals 100%, and 10 hours with friends per week also equals 100%, etc.)
