Follow-up to #3. Resolves the excessive DOM size issues reported by Lighthouse and improves mobile performance:

Summary:

New GoogleFontsPicker component that delays initialization of fonts until it intersects with the viewport, +/- an arbitrary 400px.
Minor code organization cleanup.
