Updated Recaptcha API servers / Fix for issue #1 #2

I just updated the SERVER, SERVER_SECURE and VERIFY_SERVER to use the correct (current) URLs: www.google.com/recaptcha/api

This fixes issue #1.

The docs in Documentation/ need to be updated, I don't know what tool you used.
