Framestep back goes too far #229

It seems to go an extra frame back for no reason. From my testing this problem got introduced in version 1.5.1 where it was requiring two presses in either direction to navigate and got worse from there

  1. Post a link to your problematic sample. Or check similar samples from here https://kodi.wiki/view/Samples and let us know which file you have a problem with.

  2. Try resetting your player settings and reopening the problematic file. Some non-standard settings may not work correctly on some machines.

  3. Show the list of active filters.

It was happening on everything, it actually was a fault of the MPC video renderer for me. A notice that restarting is required to change the renderer might be good. Most likely it is this as I have a 144hz display: https://github.com/Aleksoid1978/VideoRenderer/issues/60

Clear. We will consider the problem of MPC VR.
