Goto Prev/Next Subtitle hotkeys are not working. Tested on both internal and external subtitles using the internal subtitle renderer if it matters.

This should work on external subtitles with Subresync active.

View > Options > Subtitles > Use Subresync = on

It does indeed work with it, I didnt know that was a thing. Thanks for the help.
