Disabled "Global Hot Keys" is not working when MPC-BE is in the forefront #414

Hi, using portable MPC-BE 1.6.11 and portable MPC-BE dev v1.6.11.228 and both have this problem :

If "Global Hot Keys" is unchecked I would think the intended behavior is that global hotkeys would never work (control) MPC-BE. Is this true? Because that is not what is happening when MPC-BE is in the forefront. If MPC-BE is in the background yes, my keyboard's global hotkeys do not control MPC-BE which is great. But if MPC-BE is in the forefront, my keyboard's global hotkeys control both my music player (MusicBee) and MPC-BE even when MPC-BE "Global Hot Keys" is unchecked.

Can this be fixed please? If you need any testing from me, please let me know. Thanks :-)

When in front - working hot keys. If don't need media keys - disable in keyboard options.

Open the key settings and clear all fields in the "App command" column.
