Could you support nested m3u file? #417

a m3u file downloaded from web contains some other m3u files.

https://live.metshop.top/huya/23863833 This url can be played in vlc but not in mpcbe. Excuse me that the reason may be not nested m3u, mpcbe can play iptv m3u files which are always nested, every channel is a standalone m3u file.

It's HLS - internal filters support only LIVE HLS stream. Install LAV Filter in system - player use it for such streams.
