Extensions that cannot be played #446

I was able to decode this the other day. https://github.com/wangf1978/DumpTS/issues/4

However, it cannot be played because it has a new extension. Could you please make it playable on MPC-BE?

Additionally, the free software Misete4K can be played using lavfilter+madVR.

It's not a matter of file extension at all. This is some kind of format, not known and not standard. Well, or encrypted.
