Is there a crash log? #599

Occasional MPC-BE crashes for me. This could actually be my video files. I would need to see what is making it crash though. Is there a log file I can check somewhere?

If it's not my video files I will update this post with the bug and how to reproduce it.

Do you use any other external renderer like madVR or external Filters like LAV Filters. This info helps Devs a lot.

I use both indeed. I have thought it could be either of those.

It is hard to check as it crashes before it opens the file. So I am running it on shuffle. I don't know what video file it tries to access before it crashes.

I can't check unless I know what file crashed it.

Test if same happens with MPC-HC. That has a crash reporter which can show where in the code the crash occurs.
