Make an HTML table renderer #8

Get rid of the shitty plaintext reporting and use an HTML reporter.  Ideally 
it'd have sortable columns so users can click to sort alphabetically, asc/desc 
by metric, etc.  This will also make it useful to have relational data, which 
will be a big change for the future.

Using Google Chart Tools for this, really awesome!  Only took like an hour or 
two to replace all the default txt tables with pretty html ones.  Still need to 
do some code cleanup but closing this.
