Templars that betray XCOM in Coven Assault do not execute AI #98

Just as it says in the title. This requires further investigation as the code is fundamentally similar to normal mind controlling effects. Should try to reproduce while XCOM has activated a pod. If the bug does not trigger, then the fix will be to only activate the betrayal event once XCOM has activated a pod.

Now that I think about it, this should always be the case, even if it not related to the problem.
