Figure Out Range #63

Since we are not requiring a "Source" token when starting attacks, can we automatically figure out range?

Done with some help from the community. Added a step in the ranged attack to auto figure out the standard range modifier. HTML sheets also updated to not ask for the question. Need to update all macros
