clicking toggle button on the map brings button to 50% opacity #100

Describe the bug When the toggle button (button to toggle campuses) is clicked once the opacity is brought to 50% when it should be 100%

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the application
  2. Click on the toggle button going towards the Loyola campus
  3. See the button at 50% opacity

Expected behavior The button should be at 100% opacity
