adding markers on map for some out campus points of interest (SGW campus)

The code doesn't run, errors appear. Secondly, you need to make this PR going to the staging environment. I also noticed that you hard coded outdoor elements, you have to talk to Razine about how to get real outdoor points of interest from the google API. Make sure this up to date with staging. Also, you did not include any tests
