Move the build system to platformio #99

Based the port from @JyeSmith. Still compatible with the Arduino IDE. Please leave it as two commits, as rebasing is much easier this way.

Documentation on how to use it is still missing (I am only using the command line and have no clue how the "normal" workflow is) It would be nice, if one of you (@JyeSmith @AlessandroAU) could write some instructions

As this maintains Arduino compatibility I am merging this, even without the full documentation.
