does it work for windows poython3? #450

Hello: I had to install Python 3.7 x64 and Visual C++ 2015 (close to 3GB).Be sure that C++ x86 and x64 are installed in Control Panel. So in the end, MrByehack lazagne's works good. It recovered WIFI/Chrome which I had issue when compiling using Python 2.7 x86 and x64. The compiled exe also tested in Win 10 1809 x64 and works good.
