This makes some fixes and improvements (one per commit, the commit name should be clear enough I think). I'll just comment the most important ones:

Add support for transitive dependencies isolated load: this makes transitive dependencies respect the isolatedLoad and id properties of the original library
Add support for isolatedLoad and id in JSON file: this adds isolatedLoad and id support to the JSON file
