Provide the user with the option to access a conversation with a real person at any point in the flow. Use cases: [ ] When the user mistypes a word [ ] When hasn't finished typing their complaint [ ] When makes a mistake with the date and needs to correct it. In these cases, the option to speak with a real person could help clarify any doubts.

The message "Se preferir falar com uma pessoa real, responda CONVERSA" should be present from the start of the conversation to allow the possibility of human interaction if the user wishes to converse with a human from the beginning.

The issue seems to be with how the word "CONVERSA" is functioning. If the user wants to talk to a real person, they should type "NÃO" when prompted. As you can see in the message, "Responda SIM para continuar ou NÃO se deseja falar com uma pessoa real." Please make sure the conversation has reached the point where this option is available. If the problem persists, let us know. @Keikonichi

@caneppelevitor The issue is: this message only appears at the beginning and the end. Throughout the conversation, there is no indication that the person typing can speak with a real person at any point during the complaint process. Moreover, the word CONVERSA only works if the informational message containing that word appears, which only happens at the end of the complaint.

Suggestion: The message that clarifies the option to speak with a real person should be included in all communications, for example with the following text: "If you would like to speak with a real person, type the word CONVERSA at any time." This ensures that if the reader has any doubts, they can easily access this resource and receive assistance.
