HTML code being loaded on the link text modal input #1223

Description

When I select a part of the text and change the font family, bold, color, or anything related the style and immediately click on the Insert Link button it loads a html code on the link text input. The HTML even contains the element I selected, but it should just contains the text, not the tags anything else.

How to reproduce?
