The editor is deleting html tags on starting #1435

hello, i have this html page to insert to the editor: ibb.co/DQ3Z6CW ![Uploading Capture d'écran 2023-11-27 170340.png…]()

after i insert it , the editor , the editor delete the

<!DOCTYPE html>

and

a few days earlier it works without deleting anything, any tips please ?
