Formatting changes do not trigger tbwchange event #1446

Use of the formatting options (bold, strikethrough, sub, sup, etc.) changes the html code of content but does not fire the change event. (Trumbo v2.28.0 on Chrome - all platforms)

(BTW. Thanks for a really awesome library - excellent job.)
