Make Cursor more visible #1484

I'm successfully using Trumbowyg as online Rich Text Editor and it works perfectly well!

However, some users did complain that they could not find the cursor (where they did modify the text) anymore.

Would there be an easy way to make the cursor more visible ?

Cursor is the OS's one, so if you want to customize it, you can change it in CSS
