Form builder - test doesn't work if... #33

There's a disabled top-level card preceding the card under test, eg

Dialog number 1
Dialog number 2 (DISABLED)
Dialog number 3

Test for dialog 3 doesn't work, but if you swap 2 and 3 then it does
