dedupe service doesn't add requried libs up to analytical pipeline #34
e.g. /app/aleph2/library/enrichment_utils.jar isn't added to the lib_names_or_ids for an analyical job if all you have is a dedupe step using JS so it'll fail in the hadoop job with a ClassNotFoundException
