Local user gets their own color instead of white

Updated getDisplayName() to help distinguish where messages start when the fb-messenger-cli user writes consecutive messages that all wrap around the screen.

Thanks @felleg I like your change, though on powershell it makes me realize how terrible the default color scheme is... Red/blue are practically unreadable 😂
