On the Windows 7 page, you link to the github releases page instead of directly to the file downloads.
The problem is, github is broken in the Internet Explorer version that is installed on a fresh Windows 7 (or 8.1) install due to it being outdated, making it difficult to download the installers.
The "Assets" button does not work.
On page load, sometimes the "assets" box is displaying it's contents, sometimes it's not. Last time I wanted to try Thorium on a fresh install of Windows 7 (or 8.1), I had to install Firefox ESR first, then load the thorium github releases page into Firefox, then download Thorium, which should not be nessasary if you intend to support Windows 7 (or 8.1), instead Thorium should be downloadable with the default browser of the OS you want to support.
