DoH settings page broken #224

As in title, the status is not displayed, and the options can't be expanded (dropdowns' clicks do nothing), leading to custom DNS servers unconfigurable.

For comparison (I've collapsed the options, but they're actually expandable) -

DoH itself works fully normal, though. The above settings page is also normal in 123.0.1, but broken after updating to 129.0.2. A new installation of 129.0.2 also shows the broken settings page.
