Thorium does not include automatic updates, please follow the dynamics of the GitHub repo

It is recommended to uninstall the old version and then install the new version. Please make a backup of user data before uninstalling

@Veriiix @gz83 It is not usually required to make a backup of the user data dir. Uninstalling is best, but I have found that installing new thorium over old install usually works okay.
