Add custom Search Engine support in Settings #108

Hi,

I think Thorium would benefit a lot by offering support of custom search engines in the address bar (in a similar manner Vivaldi does). In particular, support for SearXNG which can be self-hosted and provides anonymous multi-engine searches would be a godsend for privacy and functionality.
