Google is pushing Manifest v3, this ain't gonna be pretty... #128

Title. Thorium should keep support of Manifest v2, so people like me aren't required to switch to other browsers to keep things functional. The last commit was back in October.

@MagmaBro123 Yeah that is one of the goals when MV3 enforcement comes around.

Also, the project is not dead. I was simply in the hospital for a month without access to a computer.
